The Category Merchandising Specialist typically provides category, digital, and merchandising support across assortment planning, product storytelling, performance analysis, and go-to-market execution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support category, brand, digital and eCommerce merchandising plans using consumer, product and commercial insight.
  • Maintain seasonal assortment, product and storytelling information for go-to-market execution.
  • Analyze sales, traffic, product, inventory and competitive signals to inform recommendations.
  • Coordinate with marketing, planning, product, content and channel partners.
  • Prepare product lists, recaps, briefs and stakeholder-ready merchandising updates.
  • Present assortment strategies and category performance to Director and VP-level stakeholders

 WHAT YOU BRING

  • 2+ years in merchandising, category management, digital commerce, retail buying or product operations.
  • Category merchandising, digital merchandising, assortment planning and product storytelling experience.
  • Commercial analysis, trend interpretation and consumer mindset.
  • Excel, product information management, reporting and presentation skills.
  • Cross-functional coordination across marketing, product, planning and channels.
  • Attention to product detail, launch timing and seasonal priorities.
  • Experience supporting seasonal line plans, product pages, digital experiences or commercial recaps.
