WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Jordan brand is seeking a Marketplace Coordinator in Jordan Kid’s and Core, a leader with a proven track record in driving commercial strategies while building cross-functional partnerships. The ideal candidate excels at developing and executing plans, at leveraging market and Geo insights to inform future strategies and identify business opportunities.

They are adept at working in highly matrixed environments, demonstrating resilience and adaptability, and influencing both internally and externally. The candidate will be responsible for driving key seasonal moments and serving as a vital conduit between the Global and Geo Jordan teams.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As the Marketplace Coordinator for Jordan Kid’s and Core, you will help with the transition from Product Creation to Go-To-Market, developing and implementing sales tools to help drive sell-in confidence for channel and specific strategic partners. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leveraging marketplace, product, and competitive insights to influence and align seasonal sales tools and growth opportunities.
  • Coordinating CODE moments driven by marketplace with cross-functional stakeholders and tracking commitments, ensuring follow-through on key initiatives.
  • Providing clear strategic guidance and delivering cross-functionally supported, seasonal commercial plans to Geo sales teams.
  • Utilizing Geo feedback to influence marketing and assortment strategies, enabling growth targets and business health.
