WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

In this role, you will partner closely with the cross-functional Jordan Global Golf team, Jordan Golf GM, and the Jordan Business Integration team to stand up ways of working, clear processes and communication forums that bridge strategy to results for Golf.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Golf is a newer category for Jordan and is seeking operational support to stand-up an infrastructure that enable the delivery of strategy primarily through seasonal readiness. We are seeking a systems thinker with proven experience in operational excellence. You can fly at altitudes from 50,000 feet “conceptual” to ground level “finish the play”. Your superpowers include translating intent to action, inviting and resolving conflict, delivering results with efficiency, speed and precision, and galvanizing diverse teams in a shared direction. You play big and team first.

• Ideally, fluent in Nike’s go-to-market process. 
• Experienced project manager who can build and lead clear workplans and workflows.
• Attention and love of details with ability to pull up to define the bigger picture.
• Self-starter, flexible thinker and outstanding communicator, as well as comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing different personalities and perspectives at all levels.
• Strong facilitation skills, including ability to gather relevant data, actively listen, and negotiate forward progress.
• Thrives on driving clarity at the heart the organizational matrices.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Build infrastructure specifically for the new Golf team to enable the cross-functional development and delivery of priorities at the Jordan standard.
