Title: Project Manager - Non-IT 5
Location: Beaverton, OR
Duration: 6 months contract

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Overview
- Leads projects that span both business and technology workstreams, coordinating across functional teams, vendor partners, and IT stakeholders
- Embedded member of the Procurement PMO team; expected to contribute beyond individual project delivery
- Participates in PMO staff meetings, shared planning sessions, and team rituals as a core team member
- Actively contributes to building and standardizing PMO artifacts including project plan templates, status report formats, RAID logs, and workstream charters
- Supports continuous improvement of how the PMO operates; brings structure and repeatability to how project are run across the portfolio
- Operates independently but aligned to Procurement PMO standards
- Drive accountability across cross-functional teams
- Deliver structured project management
Core Responsibilities
- Own and maintain a complete, accurate project plan with milestones, owners, and dates
- Facilitate technical workstream meetings with clarity; capture decisions, assign actions, and follow through
- Manage integration timelines, flag risks early, and present options with tradeoffs
- Coordinate across solution architects, data and testing resources, and business stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings and all governance forums
- Maintain full visibility into project calendar, meeting cadence, and deliverable status
- Hold workstream owners accountable to commitments
WHAT YOU BRING
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficient in Smartsheets; able to build and maintain project plans, reports, and dashboards
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a project plan, including dependencies, critical path, and integration sequencing
- Comfortable working in Excel for data tracking and analysis, and PowerPoint for executive-facing status updates and stakeholder communications
- Experience working directly in technical meetings alongside architects and engineers
- Strong stakeholder management; able to engage vendor teams, IT, and business leads
- Proficient in project management tools; able to setup and manage shared calendars, trackers, and RAID logs in a way that serves the team
Qualifications
- Experience with procurement or contingent workforce platforms
- Experience supporting global rollouts with regional activation components
- Prior work in a large, matrixed corporate environment
