Title: Human Resources Consultant
Location: Beaverton, OR
Duration: 10-month contract

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead talent reviews and planning sessions with rotation managers and senior leaders to ensure strategic alignment, effective development, and seamless transitions into rotations and full-time roles.
- Gather formal and informal feedback from MVP talent to inform future rotations and program improvements.
- Lead the recruitment selection process including event attendance, interviewer selection and training, post-interview calibrations, candidate journey planning, and sell day prep.
- Partner with BHR to confirm intern/recruiting budget, secure full-time conversion headcount, and intern headcount.
- Participate in first-round intern interviews as a consistent interviewer.
- Work with UR Directors and HRBPs to drive consistent, competitive compensation packages for interns and full-time conversions.
- Manage a team of volunteers across recruiting events, match volunteers to events, and project manage against key deadlines.
- Identify MVPs for each rotation and schedule key programmatic events.
- Conduct regular check-ins, coaching sessions, and address challenges or concerns.
- Align MVP mentors and managers to MVP talent, ensuring top talent is matched appropriately.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Recruiting events, interviews, and intern offer calibrations.
- Intern and full-time headcount planning and placement.
- Programmatic scheduling and talent development.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Feedback analysis and program improvement strategies.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Keynote; Workday experience is a plus.
- Program management experience within HR is a plus.
- Previous Nike TA, HR, or recruitment experience is a plus but not required.
- Experience with university recruiting, talent, and intern programs is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, collaboration across teams, and high attention to detail.
