Title: Operations Coordinator

Location: Beaverton, OR

Duration: 6 months contract

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

The nature of the work is focused on positively positioning the brand in social and environmental matters to the internal and external community.

  • Co-create the ideation process with key parts of the business.
  • Ensure meaningful contribution, innovative strategies to the businesses and intersecting with the business planning process.
  • Manage donation traffic, tracking and order management, including data management and reporting.
  • Ensure best practices and the most effective use of available product.
  • Key tasks including working with brand design, determining kitting strategy, forecasting, booking and shipping through SAP and handling communication with recipients.
  • Track and report donations through GIFTS database, reporting out to Tax department, GCA, etc.
  • Find, cultivate and manage productive partnerships that maximize the reach and social/environmental impact of programs.
  • Communicate plans across complex matrix on a corporate, regional and reach and social/environmental impact of programs.
