WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a Business Analyst, you will join a team of analytics professionals across the globe that own our Planning data and deliver Enterprise Reporting & insights to drive the business. You’ll be involved Globally and in multiple Geographies managing high-quality data products on a weekly basis. The role will require interfacing with internal and external partners to ensure Converse Global Planning has the data it needs to run the business. You’ll also be involved in key strategic global projects on an as-needed basis.
The successful candidate is passionate about data & analytics with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Ensure Global & Geo Data Products that support Global & Geo Dashboarding have accurate data. Monitor data products, escalate any issues to management to resolution & provide support in resolution
- Document the existing data maintenance process. Summarize the current-state, document inefficiencies and suggest enhancements to the existing process.
- Support key Global projects as needed
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2+ years of experience working with complex, global data products including reviewing for data quality, accuracy & problem resolution
- 2+ years of experience logging, managing and solving tickets within an incident ticketing system
- Experience elevating key issues, risks & decisions to management for quick resolution
- Experience documenting key processes in an easy-to-understand manner
- Attention to detail – proactively ensure key data products are working as intended by managing the data alerting process
- Experience translating data & analytics to insights
- Working knowledge of Scrum and agile principles
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Experience working with Snowflake, Tableau and Sigma is ideal
