WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Finance Lead, Supply Chain & Connected Marketplace to join the North America Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC) Finance team. This position is responsible for partnering across our Finance and Nike Direct business teams to drive long-term financial leadership of Supply Chain network, Online-to-Offline (O2O), Dynamic Product Program (DPP), and new business model strategic initiatives. This candidate needs to be comfortable with ambiguity, a self-starter, action-oriented, and results-driven to be successful. Additionally, superb financial, analytical and Excel skills are required.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

This role will partner with NA supply chain finance team and work closely with Direct O2O, DPP, and Connected Marketplace teams, playing a unique role to connect Digital Commerce to Stores Commerce teams. Your will work to guide development and investment decisions with financial rationale and drive understanding of the value delivered through our Online-to-Offline, Dynamic Product Program, and new business model strategic initiatives.

  • Drive supply chain excellence by partnering with Supply Chain Finance team and MPO team to help lower cost to serve
  • Provide financial support and analysis for the O2O business team and Functional partners
  • Serve as FP&A lead for DPP team, allowing Nike to serve digital customers via our partner’s digital platforms
  • Pilot new consumer-facing business models to test into future frontiers and new revenue streams for Nike
  • Build and present full P&L business cases for investments in Online-to-Offline/ Dynamic Product Program/New Commerce initiatives to understand expected outcomes
  • Drive the core financial processes including three-year strategic plan, annual operating plan, and monthly/quarterly business reviews
  • Communicate financial and business results to senior leaders, with a specific connection to strategic goals
  • Lead ad-hoc analyses to support decisions around critical initiatives to capitalize on business opportunities changing marketplace conditions
  • Streamline processes and tools with respect to business planning in connection with Nike finance transformational initiatives

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will collaborate with a broad set of stakeholders and partner cross-functionally with NA Marketplace Finance, Global Marketplace Finance, Nike Direct Digital and Stores Commerce, Nike Direct Product, Strategy, Analytics, Supply Chain and Demand Planning to successfully execute deliverables. In addition, there is a high level of exposure to Senior Leadership.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with emphasis in Finance and/or Accounting, MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Corporate Finance, Strategic Planning, or Accounting at a Fortune 500 company
  • Experience in an Omni-channel Retail or Retail Digital Product organization preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen ability to communicate sophisticated concepts to wide and diverse audiences, including Senior Leadership
  • Strong ability to develop high profile, influential and collaborative relationships across teams
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail in the development of management-quality reporting and analytics for Senior Leadership
  • Results-oriented, high energy self-starter with ability to manage through ambiguity in a dynamic environment
