JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create training materials, Quick Reference Guides (“QRGs”), and Frequently Asked Questions (“FAQs”) in support of the improvements / changes stemming from the internal NIKE program, Shifts We Are Driving
- Assist with Train-the-Trainer activities o Maintain Confluence Pages for the Community of Practice (“COP”), and COE documentation, as directed o Identify current state of DT processes and help craft and document the to-be state
- Support COPs as they ramp up (e.g., identifying stakeholders, meeting creation)
- Write COP/COE Newsletter content
- Create System Business Requirements documentation in support of processes / improvements / changes and assist with shepherding through execution
- Identify measurements of success for COE and COP activities and accountable initiatives
- Create a repository of Common Terms with their definitions; Document applicable processes to manage the change control for those terms, operationally manage the repository, and publish to the organization.

- Leads and directs one of more project teams engaged in the design, implementation and/or modification of Technology projects Prepares project execution plan and identifies appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team.
- Ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet the technical requirements of the assignment.
