Title: Project Manager, Global NSP Partner Summit

Location: Beaverton, OR

Duration: 2 months part time contract

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Lead the planning and execution of a high-impact global retail partner event at Nike WHQ
  • Develop and manage detailed workback schedules, dependencies, and tracking tools across multiple workstreams
  • Facilitate regular stakeholder sessions to align on progress, surface risks, and drive accountability
  • Collaborate with Nike teammates and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
  • Manage budget line items and monitor project spend against forecast
  • Deliver executive-level updates on project status, risks, and mitigation plans
  • Proactively identify and resolve challenges to keep the project on track and aligned with Nike’s brand standards

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or equivalent experience accepted
  • 8–10 years of experience in project management, event planning, or program coordination
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with budgets over $1M and regional/global scope
  • Experience defining tools and processes that drive organizational excellence
  • Strong understanding of project scope, time, cost, quality, and risk management best practices
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to influence and align cross-functional teams
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and pivot quickly when needed
  • Experience working with both internal teams and external partners/vendors
  • Previous Nike experience or familiarity with retail/consumer brand environments is a plu
