The Product Testing role typically designs and runs testing programs that validate footwear and apparel before they reach athletes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Design and execute human wear testing, lab testing and biomechanics evaluation programs.
  • Recruit, brief and manage test participants for perception and performance studies.
  • Analyze test data using Python and MATLAB to extract actionable product feedback.
  • Write clear, structured test reports that translate technical findings into product recommendations.
  • Collaborate with design, development and materials teams throughout the product creation cycle.

 WHAT YOU BRING

  • 2+ years experience in product testing, consumer research or biomechanics evaluation.
  • Background in sports science, biomechanics, kinesiology or a related field.
  • Experience designing and running structured test methodologies.
  • Python or MATLAB experience required at senior levels.
  • Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical product stakeholders.
  • Wearables testing or motion capture experience is a plus.
