WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll join the Global Planning Capabilities team, a group dedicated to driving change management, process excellence, and capability development/deployment across Nike’s planning teams. The team partners closely with Supply Chain Planning & Innovation (SCPI), integrates into the SCPO Offense, and collaborates with Planning, Supply Chain, Technology and Analytics to deliver enterprise solutions and enable new ways of working. You’ll report to Director Planning Capabilities, Global and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the delivery of new technology, data foundation requirements and dependencies with articulation of process evolution through playbook creation.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or suitable combination of education, experience, and training).
  • 7+ years of experience in planning, supply chain, or capability development.
  • Proven program management and change management skills.
  • Experience with process creation, training, and user adoption.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will lead the development, deployment, and sustainment of planning capabilities, processes, and playbooks. You’ll drive change management, influence investment decisions, and deliver business cases with quantifiable value. You’ll partner with SCPI, Planning Enablement and other functions to ensure successful capability launches, user adoption, and measurable financial impact.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead capability conception, development, and deployment across global planning initiatives.
  • Design and finalize business processes, including RACI models and visual interaction maps.
  • Develop and deliver training plans, user acceptance testing, and change management strategies.
  • Create and launch playbooks, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Build stakeholder alignment and manage communications throughout capability lifecycles.
  • Measure and report on value creation, adoption, and impact.
  • Sustain journey capabilities, processes, and playbooks post-launch.
  • Influence and support planning functional strategy and portfolio roadmaps.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and transparency from idea to value delivery.
