From infrastructure to security and supply chain operations, Technology specialists drive growth through top-flight hardware, software and enterprise applications. Simply put, without Nike Technology, there are no Nike products. The Air Manufacturing Innovation (AirMI) Technology team needs a strong senior BSA with experience working in an agile environment, who’s focus will be to deliver the right solution to customers with the highest quality and shortest lead time.
General Requirements:
- Facilitate SME discussions at senior levels; possibly with global process leaders and/or across business functions. Communicate system requirements to the business and technology at all levels, often executives. Communicate to various levels of the business community in non-technical terms. Advocates business customers' interests and requests across all relevant IT groups.
- Assist developing business benefits for proposed solution in conjunction with appropriate team members and create artifacts for future reference. Capability to learn/understand the AirMI end to end supply chain business process and to consider/offer alternative approaches to utilize standard tool functionality and meet business team needs. This includes helping to drive an understanding of potential trade-off on system design requirements. Provide data resources to explain system calculations for business SME’s to understand tool functionality at a business user detail level. Monitor and evaluate risks, develop and implement contingency plans.
- Responsible for gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements at a complex, cross-functional, or cross-regional level.
Experience:
- Experience in a manufacturing organization with Demand Forecasting, Inventory Management and Supply Planning
- Strong understanding of best-at SAP business process for production planning, demand/capacity planning and advanced planning solutions.
- Proven experience with implementation and user perspective of SAP IBP Response and Supply Module and Inventory Optimization and SAP ECC in a manufacturing capacity required.
- Outgoing communicator who is comfortable leading cross functional discussions, providing clear requirements, and has the technical background to negotiate with Technology.
- Advanced understanding of the Agile and Product principles and methodologies and how they’re applied in workplace culture
- Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally. Experience resolving issues with higher levels of management
- Proven ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands effectively coupled with the ability to anticipate customer needs
- Proven track record of being self-directed, results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals despite ambiguity and multiple priorities.
