Title: Finance Lead – Change and Data Management
Location: Beaverton, OR
Duration: 2 months contract (11 Weeks)

We are seeking a Finance Lead for Global Investment Planning. This person will support a foundational project ensuring Nike’s cost structure is aligned to how spend is managed and finish the play on ensuring employees sit in the correct cost center.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To be successful in this role we will need someone who is a self-starter and can facilitate change management for a large team. The candidate also needs to have strong Excel skills with attention to detail while managing large data sets.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As our Finance Lead, you will be part of the Finance Workforce Planning team responsible for budgeting and forecasting wage at Nike. This foundational project is designed to help improve the accuracy of actual financials for wage across the enterprise.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You will collaborate closely with Global Investment Planning and Geography Finance SG&A teams. In addition, you will also partner with key HR teams, such as People Solutions and Global Payroll to execute cost center changes in Workday.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
- 3-5 years' experience in Change Management
- 3-5 years’ experience in using Excel with advanced formulas
- Experience leading projects and people
- Strong cross-team collaboration
