WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

We are seeking an Online Sales Specialist to drive the performance of our online sales channels by curating product assortments, analyzing market trends, and executing strategic marketing initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our buying and merchandising teams to optimize our online product offerings and enhance the customer shopping experience. Leveraging your analytical skills, you will identify opportunities for business improvement and implement data-driven strategies to maximize sales and revenue.

WHAT YOU DO

  • Develop and maintain product assortments for online sales channels, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with buying and merchandising teams to select and showcase products that drive online sales growth.
  • Assist in the development and execution of online marketing programs, including promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Utilize analytics tools and techniques to analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and initiatives that enhance the online shopping experience and drive customer engagement.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities and challenges in the online retail space.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in online sales and e-commerce, proactively suggesting innovative ideas to improve business performance.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0-1 years of directly relevant work experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong drive for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, online marketing tools, and analytics software is a plus.
  • Passion for retail and e-commerce industry, with a keen interest in staying updated on market trends and consumer behavior.
