WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an HR Business Analyst to support the Nike HR Operations team in delivering world class support for our employees! Our team serves as the front-line delivery team for our HR programs and supports our employees with their total rewards, payroll, and HR data needs. We are searching for a natural problem solver with knowledge of how Workday supports and enables HR processes.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In this position, you will work with our HR and Technology partners across the globe to support the implementation of UKG Pro Workforce Management Time & Attendance. You will use your Time & Attendance expertise to support HR processes and identify solution options for our partners. Leveraging your skills as a Business Analyst you will also support gathering business requirements, system testing, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver process and technology changes across for our global teammates.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will collaborate with our the UKG Time & Attendance program team, HR & Payroll Functional teams, and our HR Technology teams. You will also collaborate with other HR Product Owners, HR Business Analysts within our HR Systems, and our technical team to drive consistency in approach for global processes and systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
- 2+ years of Business Analyst experience; solutioning, requirements, testing, documentation
- Experience with Time & Attendance solutions; UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Central or Kronos
- Experience with HR and/or Payroll Operational processes
- Retail, Manufacturing or Distribution experience highly desired
- Demonstrated ability to explain technical issues/solutions in business terms aligned to the business process
- Ability to collaborate effectively across HR and Payroll disciplines
- Proven experience working on large enterprise projects
- General understanding of Workday Core HCM desired but not required
