WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will provide services that help ensure a safe, healthy, effective, and efficient work environment, along with personal amenities for employees. Your role will include general office support, reception duties, logistics coordination, and presentation creation.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- GENERAL SUPPORT: Set up and maintain files, interview callers and make referrals, arrange meetings and conferences, and manage mail. Review documents for grammar, answer questions about office operations and policies, compile and report information, prepare expense reports and purchase orders, maintain supplies, update org charts, and coordinate department or equipment moves.
- RECEPTION: Respond tactfully and promptly to inquiries and problems, handle highly confidential information, and interact with high-profile visitors and senior management.
- LOGISTICS: Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements. Manage calendars for the president, work with internal and external contacts for venue selection, room setup, catering, and materials delivery. Use the company’s reservation system to ensure cost-effective travel that follows policy.
- PRESENTATIONS: Use computer skills to create high-quality graphic and text presentations under tight deadlines. Interpret needs, determine layout, and organize content effectively.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- A minimum of 8–9 years of directly relevant work experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information and interact with senior leadership
- Proficiency in office software and presentation tools
- Experience coordinating logistics and managing complex schedules
