WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

The Senior Professional of Core Operations supports the Senior Manager in driving business operations within the OGC. This role focuses on activating and implementing operational initiatives, ensuring that they are executed effectively and align with strategic goals. The Senior Professional plays a key role in managing projects, supporting tools, technology, and process improvements.

• Integrates and communicates moderately complex information, sometimes to audiences who are not familiar with the subject matter.
• Acts as a resource to teammates.
• Completes work independently with review at critical points; requires guidance only on complex issues.
• Independently utilizes knowledge, skills, and abilities to identify areas of opportunity, resolve complex problems and navigate solutions.
• Evaluates and selects the right course of action.
• Uses a variety of skills including but not limited to: sophisticated research, analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Support the execution of business operations initiatives, ensuring alignment with OGC strategic priorities.
• Manage the deployment of tools and technology, ensuring they are effectively integrated into business processes.
• Coordinate internal communication efforts, ensuring that key messages are delivered to the appropriate audiences.
• Develop and deliver training content that supports process improvements and technology adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of operational initiatives.
• Provide regular updates to leaders, highlighting progress and identifying areas for improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Education - Bachelor's degree is not required
• Must have system support background
• Must have experience with interface between vendor and stakeholder (customer facing)
• Tools required: Exterro, Onna, Resolver, LAMS, Navex
