At Nike, it’s about each person bringing skills and passion to a challenging and constantly evolving game.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

This includes creating first patterns from concept images, collaborating with Marketing and Design to interpret design intent, and consulting with the product triad to provide pattern-making and technical fit expertise. • Translating design concepts into 2D patterns
  • Creating and updating product specs with detailed construction methods
  • Participating in fit sessions and applying feedback
  • Using tools like PDM, PCX, PLM, and web-based platforms for documentation
  • Supporting athlete-facing and functional product development
  • Working with knit garments (wovens experience is also valuable)
  • Optional: contributing to performance wear, outerwear, dresses, and skirts

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Designer in pattern making
  • Ability to create patterns from scratch or adjust existing ones
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, especially knits
  • A portfolio that demonstrates pattern expertise and complexity of work
  • Experience with digital tools for spec creation and change tracking
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to represent the brand in athlete-facing settings
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
