WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a strong operator who can drive complex work forward and turn strategy into execution. This role sits within Global Sales Business Development team and plays a critical role in building /iterating the tools, processes, and visibility needed to understand and grow Nike’s marketplace.
The ideal candidate brings a combination of program management, systems thinking, and cross-functional collaboration—someone who can connect inputs across teams, drive progress, and deliver scalable solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
This role will split focus across two high-priority, enterprise initiatives:
Marketplace Mapping
Drive the day-to-day execution of Nike’s global marketplace mapping capability—an interactive, enterprise-ready view of Nike and Jordan’s points of distribution and associated attributes.
- Manage the development of a scalable marketplace mapping tool in partnership with external vendors and internal teams
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and ensure outputs are usable across Global and Geo teams
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Planning, Finance, Tech, Geo) to ensure alignment and progress
- Support pilot testing and rollout, helping transition the work from concept to scaled capability
- Track key decisions, dependencies, and timelines to ensure delivery stays on track
- Help establish foundational processes and governance to support long-term adoption
Retail Elevation Tracking
Lead execution and ongoing management of tracking for Nike’s Marketplace Partner Retail Elevation strategy.
- Manage and maintain tracking systems (Airtable required) to monitor retail elevation progress globally
- Maintain and report key metrics (doors elevated, spaces elevated, investment, productivity/lift)
- Enable clear visibility into performance and progress across Geo teams and leadership
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate data capture and reporting
- Support development of scalable processes for tracking, reporting, and insights
- Partner with Global and Geo teams to refine tracking approach and improve consistency

WHAT YOU BRING
Experience
- 7-10+ years of experience in program management, business development, strategy, or marketplace/retail operations
- Experience driving cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Experience building or managing tools, systems, or processes that support business decision-making
- Experience working with external vendors or agencies preferred
- Familiarity with retail, wholesale, or marketplace ecosystems is a plus
Skills Required
- Air table expertise (required): Proven experience building and managing Air table systems for business use cases
- Program Management: Strong ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and multiple workstreams
- Systems Thinking: Ability to connect inputs across teams and build scalable, repeatable processes
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to coordinate and align cross-functional partners
- Tooling C Platforms: Experience with dashboards, data visualization tools, or similar systems preferred
