Title: Program Management - Lead

Location: Beaverton, OR

Duration: 1 Year contract

WHAT YOU DO

  • Define tools and processes to support overall organizational excellence in program/project management and process definition
  • Develop vision, strategy and deliverables for the large international Program
  • Ensure program is aligned with business strategies and budgets
  • Own the business case for the Program, establish and maintain cross functional and regional coordination
  • Maintain ultimate responsibility regarding program objectives operating within financial and resource constraints
  • Manage project dependencies within the program and build the program team
  • Ensure vendor contracts, relationships, performance, and communications are well managed
  • Ensure proper Project Management staffing for all projects within the program
  • Help develop project objectives and project scope
  • Act as an escalation point for project issues that impact projects' cost, schedule and/or performance
  • Chair program steering committee meetings

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelors Degree required, advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8-9 years directly relevant work experience
  • Expertise in program and project management best practices
  • Proven leadership skills, with ability to influence without authority
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional, global teams
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
  • Proficiency with project management software tools
