Title: Project Coordinator - Non-IT 3
Location: Beaverton, OR
Duration: 3 months contract

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
This role is focused on defining tools and processes that support organizational excellence in program and project management. You will work closely with project managers across the following areas:
Schedule & Plan Management
- Facilitate project work breakdown sessions alongside the project manager
- Formulate and maintain the initial project schedule with minimal oversight
- Assist in collecting key project metrics and health/progress indicators
Project Resource Management
- Help define project resource requirements
- Maintain and update project resource plans
Communications Management
- Support execution of internal and external project communication plans
- Provide regular status updates, project health reports, and metrics reporting
Cost Management
- Manage project cost estimates
- Compile project budget data based on actual versus forecast hours for accounting purposes
Project Risk Management
- Define risk management plans and analyze risks for criticality, probability, and impact
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and assign owners and actions
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years in a program or operations coordinator role
- Proven experience with schedule coordination and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Hands-on experience with Airtable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset, ability to anticipate needs before they are vocalized
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data entry and data management
- Familiarity with Miro for visual collaboration
- Cursor expertise
- Working knowledge of AI tools to improve efficiency and time management
