WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Sr. Analyst to join our Delivery Excellence team, within Apparel / Accessories Manufacturing organization, working with Nike suppliers based in the Americas. Specifically, you will lead planning and execution for a key factory, which supports multiple business models including Licensed replenishment, key market sport moments, and many others. We're looking for an effective operator with preferred background in planning, marketplace operations, project management, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, etc.; who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves being close to market & product. Someone who can make rapid critical decisions, communicates complex things simply, timely, and effectively and is a highly reliable partner to all stakeholders. It's a highly visible role with multiple stakeholders across DSM, GSM, Apparel, NA teams, and our suppliers.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
Key role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Capacity management – you will partner with Partner Managers to drive the capacity strategy for key factory partners. You will validate these numbers and work in partnership with sourcing to check and adjust as Nike demand changes.
- Delivery management – you will run weekly ops model cadence for near-shore execution with clear objectives, data, stakeholders, and tight/rapid exception management; PO/GAC management and reconciliation.
- Supplier relationship management – you'll own key tactical and leadership relationships with 2 key Nike suppliers.
- Program ownership – NBA jersey replenishment, NA NVS Fleece rebuys, TEAM Park deliveries are some of the key programs that move through these factory partners
- Cross-functional engagement - key factory liaison to address issues/needs related to domestic transportation, product/development, costing, DC operations, MPO, S&IP, etc.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH
You will build key partnerships with our suppliers’ order management and production planning teams. You will also work closely with a wide range of Nike functional teams including Partner Management, Sourcing, Global/Geo Supply & Inventory Planning, Materials teams, and others.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
- 3+ years' relevant work experience in order management, purchasing, operations, planning, manufacturing, project management, or related fields; experience in production/manufacturing environment and with external partners is preferred. Knowledge of on-shore manufacturing ecosystem a strong plus.
- Able to organize, research, analyze and integrate large amounts of information accurately and quickly
- Proficiency with MS Excel required. Experience with Tableau Prep, Alteryx, and AI tools preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, including both tactical and executive comms
- Proven track record of building and maintaining critical cross-funcitonal relationships
