You’re organized, curious, collaborative, and ready to learn the full lifecycle of product creation—from concept to line plan to go‑to‑market.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. Support the Seasonal Line Plan
- Partner with the Product Line Manager to build and maintain the seasonal apparel line.
- Track style counts, margin targets, pricing ladders, and category architecture.
- Ensure the line reflects consumer insights, marketplace needs, and Nike brand direction.
2. Drive Product Creation Milestones
- Manage data accuracy in PLM systems (style setup, BOMs, pricing, attributes).
- Support key gates: concept, design handoff, proto reviews, line adoption, and final confirmation.
- Coordinate with Design, Development, Merchandising, and Materials teams to keep product on track.
3. Consumer & Marketplace Insights
- Analyze athlete feedback, retail trends, competitive product, and consumer behavior.
4. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Design to ensure product briefs are clear, actionable, and aligned with strategy.
- Partner with Development to track prototypes, fit sessions, costing, and material choices.
- Support Merchandising and Sales with product knowledge, storytelling, and GTM tools.
5. Product Data & Business Readiness
- Maintain accurate product information across systems and tools.
- Support pricing strategy, margin analysis, and SKU efficiency.
- Prepare materials for line reviews, assortment meetings, and leadership presentations.
WHAT YOU BRING
Required
- 1+ years of experience in product creation, merchandising, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data tools (Excel/Sheets, PLM systems).
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Curiosity about apparel construction, materials, and performance innovation.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred
- Experience in apparel, sportswear, or consumer goods.
- Understanding of athlete needs, sport culture, and Nike’s brand voice.
- Passion for product storytelling and consumer‑first thinking.
