WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will research, develop, and test new materials to support product innovation, performance, and sustainability goals. You’ll collaborate with design, sourcing, and production teams to bring material concepts from idea to implementation.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• Identify and develop new materials that meet performance, aesthetic, and cost requirements
• Partner with suppliers to source and test materials for quality, durability, and compliance
• Maintain material libraries and documentation for internal use
• Support sustainability initiatives by researching eco-friendly alternatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align material choices with product timelines and goals

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Background in textiles, materials science, or a related field
• Knowledge of material properties, testing methods, and industry standards
• Experience working with suppliers and manufacturing partners
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively across teams
