WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Leading and directing project teams in the design, implementation, and modification of Technology projects.
  • Developing project execution plans and identifying necessary resources.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to schedules, budgets, and technical requirements.
  • Implementing IT governance practices and processes.
  • Managing relationships with diverse stakeholders in complex business environments.
  • Addressing challenges with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Managing organizational tasks and facilitating effective communication.
  • Strategizing and adapting quickly in an agile environment.
  • Leading RFP processes, contract reviews, and vendor selections.
  • Managing shifting priorities while driving tech modernization initiatives.
  • Navigating through ambiguity to achieve project goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead and direct one or more project teams involved in designing, implementing, and modifying Technology projects.
  • Prepare project execution plans and identify appropriate technical and business resources required for the team.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet the technical requirements of the assignment.
  • Implement IT governance practices and processes.
  • Manage complex business environments with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Address resistance with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Maintain high levels of organization and communicate effectively.
  • Think strategically while embracing an agile mindset.
  • Lead RFP processes, review/negotiate contracts, and select vendors.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing shifting priorities while achieving overall outcomes.
  • Navigate through ambiguity while driving tech modernization initiatives forward.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 8 or 9 years of directly relevant work experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT governance practices and processes.
  • Expert-level project management skills within complex business environments.
  • Ability to address resistance with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Strategic thinking coupled with an agile mindset.
  • Experience in leading RFP processes, contract reviews/negotiations, and vendor selections.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity while driving tech modernization initiatives forward.
