Title: Talent Management Tech Product Lead

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Senior TPM, supporting the HR domain within Corporate Functions & Converse. HR provides the core systems used to support the end to end experience of all Nike teammates. Nike is in the midst of transforming its HR technology through the implementation of Workday and productization of its ecosystem. This role will specifically support the Talent Management product within the Talent Development & Learning Product area. It will play a key part in helping to land new Talent Management capabilities being deployed as a part of the HR Modernization Phase 2 effort.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the technical owner of the Talent Management product Play an active role as a member of the Project team that will deliver the Talent Management product in Workday Partner closely with stakeholders across our business and technical teams to understand and drive clarity on technical requirements. Build and maintain product artifacts including product roadmaps in partnership with Engineering teams and the business. Translate use cases into Features, Epics, and User stories Collaborate with Engineering to help set priority anchored in business value. Bring market and industry insights to product strategy conversations. Track key product metrics like value delivered, product adoption, performance, and execution.
KEY SKILLS
- Strong understanding of product management and how it can be applied in a SaaS environment
- Strong ability to deliver / project management skillset
- Able to run traditional agile ceremonies (standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning…)
- Experience with Workday's Talent Management software
