Title: Customer Service Associate - The vAn

Location: Onsite – Beaverton, OR

Duration: 1 Year Contract

Nike is expanding The vAn’s capabilities and operations across North America. The vAn is an employee purchase channel designed to highlight and promote product sales to our fellow teammates. As we build out the foundation here in North America, we are looking for a customer service associate to join our team.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • You will act as a direct liaison between customers and The vAn to analyze and help resolve escalated or complex consumer related issues with the end goal being a win-win resolution.
  • Continuously seek to reduce the overall turnaround time for issue resolution to ensure a premium experience for The vAn consumers.
  • Attendance to The vAn team weekly meetings, assisting in providing team updates on order fulfillment, resource allocation and process improvement opportunities.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience working in a customer service or retail environment.
  • Strong Multi-tasking and organizational skills along with effective communication both written and orally.
  • Ability to bring a positive and solution focused attitude to the team. 
  • Must demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently within a team environment.
