We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, creative, and detail-orientated Product Line Coordinator to step into a 12-month parental leave cover role to support our all-star Product Team.

If you love all things streetwear and sports, then this is your chance to work with some of the coolest product in this space. This role will see you supporting the Mitchell & Ness Product Line Manager in the creation and merchandise of seasonal ranges, SMU’s and quick to market opportunities all with the end goal of driving growth and creating awesome product!

Your key responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Product Line Manager (PLM) with the ideation and merchandising of seasonal product ranges that are relevant to our target consumer
  • Team up with PLM, Sales and Marketing to execute strong seasonal channel and account strategies
  • Collaborate with Sales and Production to ensure collections are meeting future season trends and expectations of our stakeholders
  • Contribute to effective product briefings, meeting all critical path range planning timelines and communicating timely and accurate updates to key stakeholders
  • Provide systems and operational support to the PLM as well as ongoing feedback on any process improvements you have identified
  • Build up your relationships with our key brands and leagues through great communication on the status of the current market to ensure we receive accurate product briefings
  • Proactively seek and identify new opportunities, categories and channels with the PLM
  • Together with the PLM, present relevant insights from a product and brand POV to internal and external stakeholders during key go to market touch points

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • A demonstrated understanding of the end-to-end product development process
  • Up to date knowledge of the latest and emerging trends and market insights
  • A passion for streetwear apparel (an understanding of AUS and US sports is a bonus!)
  • Strong IT skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast paced environments and multi-task
