We’re seeking two motivated and detail-oriented Graphic Admin Assistants to join our Design team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or individuals early in their design career who is eager to gain industry experience and build a solid foundation in design administration. Working with globally recognised sporting leagues such as the NBA, NFL, AFL, and MLB, you will be part of a collaborative team responsible for delivering apparel ranges that connect sport, style, and culture.
Your New Role
You’ll be supporting our Design team in bringing apparel ranges to life – from creating team graphics and technical packs to managing league portal submissions. You’ll be learning directly from talented Designers and working across some of the world’s biggest sports leagues, including the NBA, NFL, MLB, AFL and more.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
- Assisting with daily design admin tasks and learning the ropes hands-on.
- Using Adobe Illustrator to build out seasonal team graphics and technical packs, applying approved templates and brand guidelines.
- Uploading designs to league portals, creating and logging approval sheets, and tracking status updates.
- Working with the Designers to interpret briefs and finalise assets.
- Organising and sending product samples.
- Helping prep for design meetings and presentations.
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
- A recent graduate (or nearly finished) in Fashion Design, Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Acrobat (a portfolio is essential – we’d love to see your work!).
- Detail-oriented and organised – you love structure and a tidy file name.
- Comfortable using Excel for data tracking.
- A team player who communicates clearly and is open to feedback.
- Passionate about design, sport, streetwear, and learning all you can.
- Some experience in a design admin or intern role is a bonus, but not essential – we’re here to support your growth.
