NHW have an exciting internal opportunity for a highly organised, people-focused, and ready to take on a central support role in aged care? Illoura Residential Aged Care Service, part of Northeast Health Wangaratta, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face and vital operational support of our offsite facility.
As the first point of contact at Illoura, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality administrative and financial support services. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Reception and front-desk duties, creating a positive and professional first impression.
- Managing, coordinating, and reviewing financial administrative functions.
- Handling debtor accounts, Medicare funding claims, and residential aged care agreements.
- Providing accurate reporting and administrative support to ensure smooth facility operations.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrates a high level of attention to detail, and has excellent communication and customer service skills.
