We are seeking an experienced and passionate medical leader to oversee the clinical, educational and pastoral support of our prevocational doctors, including interns, PGY2/3 doctors and non-vocational trainees. In this pivotal position, the DCT also supports vocational trainees by ensuring registrar training positions are accredited, coordinated and effectively supervised. This involves collaboration with the Director of Medical Services, Director of Physician Training, Education & Research, Craft Groups, Colleges and parent health services.

The DCT fosters a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment for medical students during their clinical placements and supports their transition into medical staff roles.
