Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is a growing sub-regional health service, which provides best-practice clinical care to the Central Hume region. NHW offers exciting clinical diversity across an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.

NHW are seeking applications from experienced physiotherapists to provide clinical and operational leadership to the Continence Physiotherapy team, ensuring the provision of high-quality, evidence-based care within the NHW Continence clinic and broader programs. You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, and the Manager of Physiotherapy, to consolidate your own clinical and leadership skills, and grow and streamline continence physiotherapy services.

The successful applicant will possess highly developed clinical reasoning skills and a strong understanding of the public health context to provide expert clinical care to all people accessing pelvic health and continence services. They will be dynamic and innovative, with a commitment to providing best-practice care and driving continuous improvement. They will be approachable, solutions-focused and have proven capacity to promote a positive a successful team culture.
