Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.

Northeast Health Wangaratta is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator – Competency Programs (including Safe Patient Handling) to lead and support continuing professional development for our health professional staff.

This registered nurse role is responsible for delivering high-quality education, training and competency programs that support safe, contemporary clinical practice. Working closely with leadership teams across our dual campuses, the Clinical Nurse Educator plays a key role in the planning and delivery of education programmes, workshops and learning activities.

The position operates within a collaborative, team-focused environment and supports staff to maintain and enhance their clinical knowledge and skills, contributing to high standards of care, improved patient experiences and positive health outcomes.
