Our Transition to Practice Program provides a structured, supportive, and enriching learning experience that blends hands-on clinical exposure with professional development opportunities.
Program Highlights:
Structured Learning with dedicated block rotations
Gain experience across the full midwifery scope with intentional, skill-building placements:
- Minimum 12 weeks in Birth Suite, completed in two dedicated blocks
- 2-week Maternity Connect placement in Special Care Nursery (SCN) at a busy metropolitan hospital
- Antenatal Clinic (ANC) block: 6 ANC shifts, + 3 Orientation/supernumerary days
- Domiciliary block: 4 consecutive domiciliary days, + 4 orientation/supernumerary days

The successful applicant will benefit from:
