The Rehabilitation in the Home (RITH) team have an exciting internal opportunity, are seeking an innovative and engaging clinical leader to provide daily operational leadership to our RITH team. This programme provides high quality, holistic multi-disciplinary assessment and clinical care to support and maximise client’s independence, function & quality of life, with a focus on the avoidance of hospital admissions and facilitating patient flow through Northeast Health Wangaratta.
The successful applicant will be working alongside experienced medical, nursing and allied health professionals and be supported in their role by the Manager of Subacute at Home.
