NHW have an exciting internal opportunity for a dedicated individual to provide administrative support for the Meals on Wheels service at Northeast Health Wangaratta.

This rewarding role involves coordinating the Delivered Meals Service for eligible clients in the Wangaratta area. Responsibilities include client intake, coordination, data entry, and accurate maintenance of records for reporting and invoicing purposes.

The successful applicant will liaise closely with volunteers and food services teams to ensure seamless service delivery and provide excellent customer service across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Flexibility and a team-focused attitude are essential, as is the ability to uphold NHW’s standards and procedures.
