An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and passionate midwife to join our Maternity Services team as the Birth Experience / Debrief Midwife.
This Clinical Midwife Specialist role will lead the coordination and delivery of our structured Birth Debrief Service, providing women and families with the opportunity to reflect on their birth experience, discuss any ongoing concerns, and connect with appropriate follow-up care. The service is primarily delivered via telehealth, with up to three debrief sessions facilitated each week.
Working in partnership with the obstetric and multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to improving the patient experience, supporting continuity of care, and driving quality improvement through feedback and service evaluation.
As a Clinical Midwife Specialist, you will be recognised as a clinical expert within Maternity Services, providing leadership in your area of practice while supporting professional development and high-quality, woman-centred care.
