Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider and regional centre for excellence in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.
We are seeking applications from experienced Physiotherapists or Accredited Exercise Physiologists to provide best-practice care to patients within the Sub-acute Ambulatory Care service, particularly in the areas of cardiopulmonary, balance and general community rehabilitation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of an experienced and collaborative multidisciplinary team to contribute to evidence-based models of care and innovative service development.
The successful applicant will possess strong clinical reasoning skills, and proven capacity to provide holistic, patient-centred exercise, education and health promotion interventions. A high level of enthusiasm for improving health outcomes for patients is essential. The successful applicant will have access to supervision and be supported to participate in ongoing professional development.
