Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.

Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is seeking applications from physiotherapists who are team focused and interested in pursuing opportunities to diversify and enhance their skills in a regional public health setting. This position is suitable for graduates or physiotherapists in their first two years of clinical practice.

This rotational position allows opportunities to work within acute, sub-acute and community setting including the intensive care unit , medical and surgical wards, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient clinics and community rehabilitation. Each of the five rotations is supported by experienced physiotherapy staff and a structured clinical supervision program. A comprehensive grade 1 in-service program and peer support network will allow you to build invaluable clinical skills and successfully navigate the transition from university to clinical practice.

The successful applicant will form an integral part of our NHW Physiotherapy Team, which comprises 32 clinicians, across Grades 1-4 and covers a broad range of clinical expertise. You will enjoy the benefits of competitive remuneration and full salary packaging benefits that are available to Victorian Public Health Sector employees.
