NHW have an exciting opportunity for a motivated medication endorsed enrolled nurse to operate the transit lounge on a day to day basic.

The individual plays a key role in assisting with facilitating patient discharges.

The successful individual will work in collaboration with acute ward staff to support timely discharge from the ward and plays an integral role in assisting with patient flow and bed access.

You are required to have well developed communication, time management and computer skills and your actions need to align with the values of the organization.

The successful individual operates under the leadership of the Assistant director of Nursing and reports indirectly to the Operational Director of Emergency and Surgical Services
