Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to lead our Medical Imaging Administration team at NHW Medical Imaging and Nuclear Medicine.

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our administration team, which includes administration assistants, typists, and porters. You will ensure the smooth management of daily patient presentations while supporting the team to meet service standards and expectations. This role requires real-time escalation of all non-routine matters to the Medical Imaging Administration Coordinator. You will play a vital role in guiding and equipping the team with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in their roles, while ensuring operations remain compliant with relevant policies, procedures, and legislation.
