Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.

Northeast Health Wangaratta is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join the Clinical Governance Team as the Accreditation & Improvement Co-ordinator. This key role supports managers and staff across the organisation to strengthen their understanding of improvement processes and to ensure NHW remains well prepared for unannounced accreditation in acute, community, and aged care services.

The position is central to promoting and supporting the clinical audit program and plays a broader role in driving continuous improvement across the organisation. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, a solid understanding of data analysis, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the quality and safety of care at NHW through leadership in improvement and accreditation readiness.
