Accountability 1: Lead Generation and Qualification
- Develop / secure leads by working through lists, cold calling, email outreach, researching industry networks and events, combing through company and industry social media channels, as well as sector or target audience -specific lead generating activities and strategies.
- Leverage company CRM (Dynamics) to maintain accurate and up-to-date information on leads, opportunities, and deals, campaigns, companies, and contacts.
- Develop CRM (Dynamics) expertise and fully leverage the technology to support prospecting, qualifying, and relationship management activities.
- Set revenue-based lead generation targets with Workforce Solutions team leadership and develop Prospecting and Campaign Management Plan for obtaining those goals (i.e. sales activity, prospective meeting goals, campaign management objectives, etc.).
- Manage full lifecycle of new direct sales opportunities: from lead generation/cultivation, to deal closing and new client contract execution, to effective handoff to the nextSource implementation team.
Accountability 2: Direct Sales Leadership & Goal Attainment
- Set revenue-based sales targets with Workforce Solutions team leadership and develop Annual Sales Plan for obtaining those goals (i.e. sales activity, prospective meeting goals, campaign management objectives, etc.).
- Review Annual Sales Plan and projections with leadership to develop strategies and overcome obstacles.
- Develop and present customized solutions which solve prospects’ current financial, operational, and workforce planning challenges and that align with prospects’ desired future state.
- Build and maintain key customer relationships at the management, stakeholder level and above all accounts through consistent follow-up and value delivery.
Accountability 3: Pipeline Development, Management & Reporting
- Communicate pipeline status, including upcoming sales activities, opportunities, proposals, and closed contracts, to keep internal stakeholders informed of upcoming pricing, contracting needs, and implementations plans and timeline (i.e. shared services, corporate, sales partners).
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
- Run Monthly reports to help measure success, establish trends and uncover areas of opportunity within specific accounts.

Desired Technical Skills and Knowledge
- A bachelor's degree in business or equivalent
- 3-5+ years of sales experience within MSP or VMS solution selling experience within the contingent labor industry
- Must be able to persuasively communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally, both in one-on-one and in group presentation situation
- Proven experience with interacting and communicating with all levels of potential clients, including the Senior level and internal team members, solution design stakeholders and management is required
- Must be proficient in CRM tools as well as software application, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PPT), Email and Internet applications
- This position may require up to 50% travel to nextSource and potential new client office locations, including to the New York City headquarters

What We Provide You:
The salary at hire is expected to be between $115- $125per year. Performance-based variable compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
