The Sourcer will conduct sourcing efforts, talent channel and candidate identification, screen and curate candidates for a variety of contingent roles specific to nextSource clients. The Sourcer will develop a sourcing procedure customized to each client’s hiring needs.
Sourcers will present candidates to the Recruiter for presentation to client teams, and will build beneficial relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and Recruiters to ensure a timely and professional fulfillment experience for all parties.
What Are Your Key Accountabilities/Tasks
1. Talent Curation
a. Be a strong right arm to the Recruiter -- managing high-volume sourcing for nextSource Clients’ Contingent Workforce fulfillment.
i. Partner with the Recruiter and/or Program Team to determine current recruiting needs, understand challenges and identify talent channels to meet those needs
ii. Performs many of the functions that a “supplier” would to the Program Team by understanding job descriptions and qualifications, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening to determine candidate match, analyzing candidate behavior and responses, facilitating presentation of candidates to Recruiter for submission.
iii. Maintain and update the applicant tracking database and candidate status in the hiring process
iv. Understand the talent landscape and serve as the expert on the dynamics of that landscape
b. Build and Maintain a Talent Pipeline (Management)
i. Identify non-traditional, local talent channels for each client and/or role type to meet challenging fulfillment goals in a creative way
ii. Attract applicants and support the increase of the qualified candidate pool by leveraging job boards, social media, and networking.
iii. Assign screened candidates to specific talent pools within the community platform based on job title/function or skill area
iv. Provide daily/weekly reports to Program Team/Talent Engagement Manager on a timely basis regarding sourcing status and candidate responsiveness.
c. Foster a Positive Candidate Experience (Curation)
i. Partner with management teams to quickly schedule candidate interviews and close on the process.
ii. Provide an excellent candidate experience, taking a thoughtful and timely approach to communication throughout the interview process.
iii. Conduct thorough candidate prescreening interviews and recommend highly qualified candidates to the Recruiter.
iv. Maintain community relevance with community outreach initiatives to further source for and attract talent.
d. Process enhancement /Records Management/Other
i. Work closely and collaboratively with the Recruiter/Program Team to maintain candidate records and Talent Pools.
ii. Stay on top of recruitment trends and tools and provide insights to improve results and attract and retain the best talent.
iii. Evaluate and make recommendations on process changes and technology support for recruiting.
iv. Maintain accurate candidate records.
v. Perform other tasks as requested from time to time.
What You Will Bring Here
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in talent acquisition managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and stakeholder relationships.
- Preferred: a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Marketing or related field.
- Thrives in a highly competitive and metrics driven environment
- Ability to source and find the perfect candidate, through various Boolean logic searches.
- Ability to identify creative approaches to sourcing and an ability to identify alternative talent channels
- SHRM and/or Talent Acquisition related certification a plus
- Experience writing job descriptions
- Experience with marketing and drip campaigns
- Experience performing compensation benchmarking
- Experience in the Contingent Workforce Solutions industry (i.e, staffing, employer of record, managed service provider, vendor management systems)
- Proven success with passive recruiting strategies
Desired Technical Skills and Knowledge
- Prior experience recruiting or headhunting for various technical roles, such as full stack engineers or AWS serverless development
- Previous experience utilizing various tools such as Bullhorn, Job Diva, WillHire, LiveHire, WorkLLama
- Strong analytical skills, with an ability to gather and analyze data

- Understanding of the contingent labor ecosystem including vendor management systems and managed service provider programs

Travel
Minimal travel may be required.
Work Conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This is largely a sedentary role; however, it may require the ability to lift files or other objects (up to 15 pounds).

The salary at hire is expected to be between $50K - $60K per year. Performance-based variable compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
