We are looking for an individual to join our Associate Serices team to support our internship program. The project is set to last through August, 2024.

How You Will Impact Company Success 

  • The Associate Services Intern will assist the Associate Services team as the primary point of contact for Associates that are placed as employees of record for nextSource clients.
  • The Associate Services intern will work closely with internal nextSource teams, including Onboarding and HRIS/Compliance, to ensure that Associate experience is seamless, and assist with other teams and special projects. 

What Are Your Key Accountabilities / Tasks 

  • Provide exceptional level of customer service to all Associates via phone and email.
  •  Make welcome calls to Associates to introduce Onboarding team and processes, and after assignment has begun to check in with Associates.
  • Ensure process is working for the individual, collaborating with them as necessary.
  • Manage email communication and tickets in team Inbox/Freshdesk to ensure timely resolution of all Associate inquiries assigned.
  • Enter requisition and other data into Vendor Management System (VMS), if necessary, working with Program Team to understand and deliver on client expectations
  • Ensure time and expenses are submitted and approved on a timely basis; follow up with Associates and hiring managers as needed to resolve exceptions.
  • Review and distribute reports including payroll, timesheets, expense reports.
  • Handle offboarding of Associates at end of assignment, in compliance with nextSource checklist and client requirements.
  • Perform other projects from time to time as assigned
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, email and Internet applications
  • Create reports from available tools and summarize data in Excel

The salary at hire is expected to be between $20 and $21.60 per hour.
