How You Will Impact Company Success
The primary thrust of this position will be to expand internal recruiting capabilities while playing both a strategic and tactical role in building out recruiting plans to have positive operational and financial impact for program teams, clients and nextSource. The position will require a flexible approach to recruiting which may require slightly different solutions for certain clients while still ensuring our work is scalable and efficient.
What Are Your Key Accountabilities / Tasks
- Lead, Develop and Manage Internal Recruiting Capabilities: Under the guidance of the Director of Workforce Composition & Planning :
- Drive fulfillment of all internal nextSource roles
- Partner with Program Teams to build a deep understanding of client needs and an understanding of the supplier landscape
- Build branded and unbranded talent pools leveraging Direct Sourcing technology to drive fulfillment for clients
- Organize resources appropriately to ensure the correct level of coverage is provided for clients based on current and future needs
- Leverage your understanding of the market through continuous education to conduct:
- Talent forecasts / shortages / challenges
- Understanding current state recruitment methods and potential sources for pre-population of talent communities for clients
- Engagement Management: Either directly, or indirectly via Talent Engagement Managers, oversee;
- Supports the ongoing curation of Talent through targeted marketing and communications with the defined sourcing channels and at-large Talent community
- Maintains day to day relationships with community sourcing partners
- Direct point of contact for the nextSource Program Team (or client if direct opportunity) to ensure understanding of roles, requirements, etc.
- Oversees the activity of the Sourcing Administrators assigned to support the client within defined portfolio
- Performs many of the functions a “Supplier” would to the Program Team (Facilitate presentation of candidates, scheduling interviews, confirming offers, initiating on-boarding/off-boarding, etc.)
- Accountable for fulfillment
- Sourcing, Screening & Fulfillment: Either directly, or indirectly via Sourcing Administrators, oversee;
- Day-to-day management of the Talent Community
- Screens and interviews candidates
- Assigns candidates as appropriate for specific roles/functions within the community
- Sources candidates from within the community to fulfill requisitions
- Presents candidates to Talent Engagement Manager for consideration
What You Will Bring Here
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 6+ Years of relevant work experience
Desired Technical Skills and Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Contingent Workforce Management Models
- Strong knowledge of recruiting, sourcing and candidate engagement methods
- Strong knowledge of VMS Systems such as Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, COUPA
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint and Teams

For employees based in Colorado, the salary at hire is expected to be between $80,000 - $90,000 per year. Performance based variable compensation of up to 5% may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the benefits listed above in this posting.
