How You Will Impact Company Success
The Program Coordinator supports multiple program teams and will assist in the day-to-day running of the account by ensuring all key tasks are fulfilled and executed timely. You will assist the program team as a resource related to your area of responsibility and ensure timely and quality service is delivered to our associates and clients.
What Are Your Key Accountabilities / Tasks
- Execute missing timesheet reports to send out reminders to workers and managers ensuring that time registers, payments to workers and invoicing to clients are accurate and timely.
- Identify assignments ending to inquire about worker extensions and process extensions in Vendor Management Systems.
- Ability to function in a problem-solving capacity for timekeeping and invoicing matters.
- Play a lead role in assisting the program team with a variety of projects and day-to-day responsibilities.
- Implement & maintain a best-in-class associate engagement program.
- Other Duties as Assigned
What You Will Bring Here
- Minimum of two years of experience, preferably working as a Managed Service Provider or in an agency side staffing environment that serves MSP accounts.
- Ability to multitask and work within several systems simultaneously.
- Strong Communication, Writing, and Customer Service skills.
- Personable, driven, organized, and ambitious team player; looking to master their responsibilities to help create accountability and share ideas on improvements.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while prioritizing your workload and keeping the team aware of quickly changing priorities
- Financial Acumen- basic understanding of why certain process improvements are important and how they impact revenue and profit creating a desire for efficiency and timely execution of all tasks
- Minimum of a HS diploma or GED.
Desired Technical Skills and Knowledge
- Intermediate MS Excel (Formulas/Pivot Tables), and Outlook skills.
- Experience with VMS systems (Beeline/Fieldglass/VNDLY) highly preferred
Desired Soft Skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to triage various work priorities.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams
- Exceptional Attention to detail and organizational skills, to help maintain reporting and tracking on all activities

What We Provide You:
The salary at hire is expected to be between $50- $60k per year. Performance-based variable compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
