How You Will Impact Company Success
The Associate Services Team Lead works closely with internal nextSource teams to ensure the Associate experience is seamless and the associate services tasks are performed timely and efficiently. This role includes managing a team and motivating them to do their job efficiently.
What Are Your Key Accountabilities / Tasks
1. Management
- Set clear team goals.
- Responsible for training team members, setting strategy, and monitoring progress towards goals.
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines for team.
- Manage capacity planning and ensure cross training coverages for departmental needs.
- Resolve escalations of sensitive employee relations issues and items requiring reconciliations.
- Monitor proper completion of tasks, SLA’s, and metrics
- Discover training needs and provide coaching.
- Listen to team member’s feedback and resolve issues or conflicts.
2. Program Compliance
- Align departmental processes with Onboarding checklist to ensure compliance both with client requirements and compliance items during and following onboarding process regarding background checks, vaccination records, client equipment and other requirements
- Accountable for ensuring proper assignment management tasks are performed accurately and timely by the team.
3. Maintain Hubb and VMS Records
- Must demonstrate proficient knowledge of requisition and assignment management in the VMS systems and the Hubb.
- Serve as subject matter expert on how to run reports out of the VMS and manipulate data in excel for customer reporting.
- Manage accurate and timely processing of Change Forms in the Hubb
4. Other Projects and Reports
- Perform other projects from time to time as assigned
What You Will Bring Here
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or Psychology or equivalent related business experience
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a high-volume workforce management (MSP) environment managing both onboarding and contingent labor requirements.
- 1 -2 years experience managing a team.
Desired Technical Skills and Knowledge
- Expertise with MSP and/or VMS accounts
- Recruiting / pipeline management experience
- Keen understanding of Human Resources policies, co-employment risk and worker classifications
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, email and Internet applications
- Create reports from available tools and summarize data in Excel
- Experience in specific industries or functions may be required based on the client.

The salary at hire is expected to be between $80k-$92k- per year. Performance-based variable compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
