What Are Your Key Accountabilities / Tasks 

  1. Develop trusted relationships with client’s managers and key contacts to ensure all current needs, expectations and performance objectives are met in a timely manner; communicate expectations to others.
  2. Conduct on-going training of hiring managers on program, policies, requisition entry, candidate review and contractor time approval in the VMS.
  3. Meet with hiring managers regularly to monitor needs and find opportunities for service expansion.
  4. Provide on-going education to client users on cost savings, ER/HR, co-employment, etc.
  5. Support the client’s changing requirements, making recommendations in line with those needs.
  6. Build strong client relationships. Identify opportunities to demonstrate additional nextSource Workforce Solutions services, to client.
  7. Manage fulfillment goals, meeting nextSource targets and managing the Contingent Worker experience.
  8. Fill jobs with the best candidates achieving fulfillment goals.
  9. Operate as the primary point of client contact for assigned day-to-day staffing / service needs.
  10. Achieve and exceed budgeted program fulfillment goals utilizing broad base of supplier resources and technology.
  11. Facilitate the identification and candidate selection process through intake to their start date
  12. Provide consultative support to hiring managers and suppliers to clarify job responsibilities, skills and other requirements of specific requisitions
  13. Screen candidate submittals from suppliers to ensure the best qualified candidates are submitted for hiring manager consideration.
  14. Coordinate candidate interview logistics as needed with hiring managers and suppliers
  15. Provide timely feedback to suppliers regarding candidate submissions, status, etc.
  16. Ensure candidates are engaged at market-competitive rates, engaging in negotiation with suppliers when needed
  17. Track service levels and recommend process improvement as appropriate.
  18. Manage the onboarding and offboarding of Contingent Workers and ensure it is judged a good experience.
  19. Ensure suppliers appropriately manage employee on-boarding, employee relations issues, orientations, performance reviews, and off-boarding activities
  20. Check in with new Associates during onboarding. Ensure process working for the individual, collaborating with them and the onboarding team as necessary.
  21. Escalate sensitive employee relations issues to the Program Manager.
  22. Manage the assignment begin and end dates as well as any changes along the way.
  23. Ensure assignment changes are approved and implemented on a timely basis
  24. Ensure time and expenses are submitted and approved on a timely basis; follow up with suppliers and hiring managers as needed to resolve exceptions
  25. Cultivate a good and fair working relationship with Suppliers, ensuring a steady stream of high-quality candidates.
  26. Work closely with Suppliers to deliver steady stream of high-quality candidates
  27. Be known for promptness and fairness
  28. Provide visibility to program opportunities and challenges to Program Manager
  29. Partner with Program Manager/Director and suppliers to provide outstanding program support.
  30. Demonstrate high-level competency with nextSource and client tools and technology applications. Serve as the SME for questions, training and process improvements. Utilize applications and tools to provide accurate, timely and thorough reports as indicated to ensure program performance.
  31. Maximize the use of VMS to ensure optimum, cost-effective, timely and high-quality results
  32. Be a proficient user of the VMS technology system
  33. Educate clients, suppliers and employee users on VMS technology
  34. Follow up on all technology inquiries to better enhance the client’s experience
  35. Develop and analyze reports, track and report on performance. Isolate and solve problems.
  36. Review and distribute reports including payroll, timesheets, expense reports, openings and hiring results
  37. Train, keep track of, and follow up on clients, supplier and employee users on VMS technology.
  38. Other Miscellaneous
  39. Perform other projects as from time to time assigned 

Desired Skills and Knowledge 

  • Experience with MSP and/or VMS accounts 
  • Recruiting / pipeline management experience
  • Knowledge of Human Resources policies, co-employment risk and worker classifications
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, email and Internet applications 
  • Create reports from available tools and summarize data in Excel 
  • Experience in specific industries or functions may be required based on the client. 
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or Psychology or equivalent related business experience

For employees based in Colorado, the salary at hire is expected to be between $55,000 - $65,000 per year. Performance based variable compensation is based on organization gross profit plus 2% and may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the benefits listed above in this posting.
